Flowers and Their Parts

Go into your garden and pluck a shoe flower. Bring it into your study room and open it taking care not to destroy the various parts.

Carefully take out the petals, stamens, sepals, carpels and the stigma. Observe each one of them.

What Is In The Fruit?

Take some fruits and cut them open. Observe how they look inside.

Pears and apples have a fleshy outer layer and an inner core that has a number of seeds. Compare it with the inside of other fruits like orange, banana, cherry etc.
