Letter requesting to give speech at dinner

This is a Letter requesting to give speech at dinner.

12th January 2001.

From:

The Managing Director,
All star Marketing Firm,
125, Jalan Ah Meng,
251799-Kuala Lumpur.

To:

Mr. Manasseh Ali,
23/ABN: Vault Road,
Gandhi Mark,
Kuala Lumpur.

Dear Mr. Ali,

I trust you have received our invitation to our Annual Dinner at the Hotel Hilton on Saturday-25th January 2001 at 7.30 pm. I have a favor to ask of you.

My staff has pestered me to ask you to give a speech on marketing strategies in the new century as they say you are the best in the field. I agree with them on that. So could you give a short speech on the subject or on any other relevant subject? We could be most grateful if you could. Please let me know of your answer.

Thanking you.

Yours Sincerely,

(Signature of the Managing Director)

KOH TZE MENG

The Managing Director
