Pell-mell:

Adjective and Adverb: In a confused, rushed or disorderly manner

Noun: A confused mixture, disorder

Example:

Powwow:

Noun:

1. North American Red Indian ceremony involving feasting and dancing

2. (Informal) A meeting for discussion among friends or colleagues

Example:

The cricketers of the England team held a powwow to discuss the security implications of a Pakistan tour.
