Taste and Smell

Ask a friend to close his eyes. Bring a few items of food there. Then close his nose by pressing with your left hand and then put pieces of food items one by one into his mouth.

Ask him the names each time he tastes a new item. You will find that he is finding it difficult to identify the items, as with out the sense of smell he is handicapped.

Illusions

Take two pieces of cards and draw concentric circles on them.

Then keep both of them in front of you.

Start moving one in a small circle.

It will appear to you that all the circles are rotating, as your brain will find it difficult to register the motion of so many small lines.
