Mr. Lehman has got Scholarship for his studies in Library Science in UK. A friend (Mr. Mehta) of his father comes to know of this news. He writes a letter to Mr. Lehman greeting him.

3 Library House,
Cittagong,
Sri Lanka.

3rd Dec. 2004.

Dear Lehman,

Congratulations for winning the British Council Scholarship for studies in Library Science in the UK. The scholarship consists of a handsome allowance package, I am sure. Your studies aboard will enhance your curriculum vitae when looking for a job.

I am sending you the address of my relatives in Manchester. In case you have any problems, do not hesitate to contact them and they will help you.

Mrs. Aretha Raybeard,
43 Warren Crescent,
Manchester.
Phone: 86932124

Do call me once you are there. England can be cold even in April and so take warm clothing. Once you are there, you will need a mackintosh since it rains always.

Do well in your studies. A bright future is waiting for you.

Yours truly,

Signature of Mehta

MEHTA
