Facing Interviews is what we all have done or we are going to do. Many students come out successfully. Others fail there. Although facing interview is a tough task for all of us, we can come out successfully if we follow certain tactics and maintain cool composure. First of all we have to understand what the interviewing people want out of the students and what the students should expect from the interviewers.

Candidate : May I enter Sir?
Director : Yes. Please come in. Take your position.
Candidate : Thank you, Sir.
Director : Introduce yourself.
Candidate : I am Raja Ram. I have passed M.A. B.Ed.
Director : What is your main subject?
Candidate : History.
Director : You have secured 57 marks in the written examination. You are eligible for teaching the classes up to 10th Std.
Candidate : Yes Sir one doubt. Since I am a post graduate, can I opt for PG Asst.?
Director : That's not possible. Now the vacancy arises only at BT level. Which district do you want?
Candidate : If you appoint me in Trichy, I shall be grateful to you.
Director : Why?
Candidate : It is my native.
Director : Let me see. Yes. There is a vacancy near Tiruverumbur. Will you join there?
Candidate : With pleasure Sir.
Director : Wait for some time. I'll give you the appointment order. Get the endorsed sign from CEO - Trichy and join within 3 days.
Candidate : Should I have any training Sir?
Director : You need not.
Candidate : Thank you Sir.
Director : Do you know the scale of pay?
Candidate : I don't know sir.
Director : How much do you want?
Candidate : I cannot bargain since it is government appointment.
Director : That's right. You will have 5500-175-9500.
