A simple Madam Mayor will do to address a Female Mayor. After all, we do hear people say:
• Madam Governor
• Madam Chairperson
• Madam President
• Madam Chancellor
• Madam Prime Minister
In this same way, we can address a Female Mayor as Madam Mayor.
