Using Moulds

We often use moulds. To make use of a mould let us try making jelly. Get a packet of jelly powder and mix it as per the instructions given on its wrapper.

Pour the mixture into a mould and keep it in the refrigerator to set.

When it has set, dip the mould in hot water. Covering it with a plate toss it over and tap it. Lift the mould off the jelly.
