Harvard research says these are the seven things to do to be happy.

1. Meditate.

Regular meditation can the brain to raise levels of happiness.

2. Be kind.

Altruism reduces stress and improves mental health.

3. Buy experiences rather than things.

Spending money on things you do rather than things you own is more fulfilling.

4. Make your surroundings positive.

With candles, plants and music

5. Find something to look forward to.

The most enjoyable part of an activity is often the anticipation!

6. Physical Exercise / activity

Exercise is sometimes more in-effective than antidepressants.

7. Do what you’re best at.

Find something you’re really good at and do it as often as possible.
