Congratulation Letter

This is a sample Congratulation letter-2.Mr. Bill has given birth to a boy baby. His friend Mr. Arthur is writing a letter congratulating his friend.

112/A45:KRS Towers,
22, Bangkok Road,
Singapore.

16th Sept. 2006.

Dear Bill,

We were extremely happy to know that Bill Junior has finally stepped into the house. Does he look like a visitor from another planet?

Now you wife will stop having those inexplicable depression and tantrums. Her time will be filled with the feeding, talking to and playing with the little master. Your little master needs full-time attention. It is good, your wife Marla is on maternity leave. You should also arrange a maid for the house-work.

So all the best, new father Bill.

May God bless your little family?

Yours sincerely,

Signature of Arthur

ARTHUR
